To initiate an order with Apparel Global Industry, we encourage a direct, personal approach. Reach out to our dedicated sales team via email or our WhatsApp service. In this initial meeting, we delve into your brand's ideas and vision to gain insight into its unique capabilities. Together, we determine which productions are necessary and tailor them to fit your budget.

Technical Precision: Tech Pack Design

Once your concepts are clear, it's essential to have everything meticulously documented. Apparel Global Industry requires a tech pack from every customer as a prerequisite for production. In case you don't have one, we offer a tech pack service.

Our tech packs are designed to be universally understood, even by factory staff who may not share your language. They serve as comprehensive guides, outlining all essential components and construction methods required for production. To get started, provide us with rough sketches, images of your design, or a sample/prototype/mock-up of your product.

Crafting the Sample: A Glimpse of Your Vision

With the tech packs comprehended and agreed upon, we provide you with a cost estimate for producing a sample and the final production. Upon your approval, we send you an invoice. Please note that sample creation is a hands-on, individualized process, and as such, minor inconsistencies and errors may occur. High-tech machinery is not employed during sampling, so anticipate the sample to be approximately 80% of your desired final product. However, exceptions can be discussed. Once the invoice is settled, we kickstart the process. Sample production typically takes around 3-5 weeks.

Evaluating the Sample: Your Quality Assurance

After you receive the sample, we await your approval, which marks the green light for initiating a bulk order. Any adjustments made between the sample and bulk productions are made at your discretion and carry inherent risks. While Apparel Global Industry is not responsible for changes that don't meet expectations, we always strive to find suitable solutions.

Scaling Up: Bulk Production Commences

With all details arranged and confirmed, the actual work commences. We recalculate the bulk production price to suit your requirements. We then request you to furnish all necessary information, including the tech pack, sizes, and quantities, via email. Once payment is processed, bulk production begins. The production timeline typically ranges from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the product types.

The Final Mile: Shipping Your Creations

When production is complete, we arrange shipment through a trusted third party. You'll promptly receive a message from our team, containing essential shipping information. In no time, your products will be at your doorstep, ready for sale!
